Monday - April Fool's day - did you get caught?
Tuesday - Yes it is April and we are doing the stairs x 4 (no fooling) plus finishing up fitness tests
Wednesday - nutrition day - finishing up loose ends with hydration and nutrition for athletes and a chance to study for Friday's nutrition test (this test will be much more difficult than last time)
Thursday - Last call for fitness tests....a chance to re-evaluate and fill out forms in your book
Friday - Nutrition test and short workout
