Hard to believe it is another Monday, so far the school year is flying by!
Here is a look at the upcoming week - it is tentative, not carved in marble...there are a few of you who were away on Friday who still need to write the test.
Monday - We will have a warm - up and short workout together before having presentations that you worked on last week. I hope to get through all presentations today
Tuesday - Again, we will warm-up and workout. Today you will set your fitness goals and work on making your own fitness program
Wednesday/Thursday I am away, on Wednesday at a course in London all day and Thursday is cross country all day. You will be working out these classes
Friday - a group warm up and workout plus your own work-out
