Monday - today we will work on the 50m dash and completing some pages in our fitness books...a self evaluation, an evaluation of our first fitness goals and setting some new goals for the second half of the semester
Tuesday - it is late...but we will run the stairs. You have been asking for it :) You will then have a chance to workout
Wednesday - I hope we will be able to join Mrs Gillam's class and do some yoga with Miss Holmes. This will kick off our realization, stress relief health unit
Thursday - stress, info, a couple notes and a chance to work out
Friday - to the YMCA
