Tuesday - we will finish up the topic of food storage and head to the computer room to input your course selection sheets for next year.  Bring your blue sheets please

Wednesday - a quick review for tomorrow's test and on to the topic of kitchen equipment

Thursday - quick test - ...it is out of 31 marks, you need to know food storage, hand washing, kitchen safety, group work essentials, how to measure, Shrove Tuesday, What influences our food choices

Friday - I hope to be cooking again
