Wednesday - Nutrition test...this one is long, involved and out of 70 marks
Knowledge and Understanding...22 marks, all multiple choice.
Application - 20 marks.....10 fill in the blanks and 10 matching
Thinking - 4 little case studies, 2 marks each = 8 marks, reading nutrition labels - 8 marks
Communication - 12 marks, 3 questions, 4 marks, 6 marks, 2 marks
Thursday/Friday - new unit....health concerns for the elderly
