Fitness Month of January Schedule

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

I hope you were active over the holidays and did not end up gaining those holiday 3-4 pounds that most North Americans do :)

The semester is winding down and we have LOTS to accomplish in the next 3 weeks.  I will post your final evaluation projects (there are 3, Parts A,B,and C, each worth 10% of your final mark) in a separate post.

Week of January 6 - 10

Mon - group warm-up and the stairs workout, I will handout/explain your final evaluation projects
Tues -  group warm-up and workout, time to work on your Part A or Part B evaluation
Wed - group warm- up and workout, time to work on your Part A or Part B evaluation 
Thurs - group warm up, fitness tests, perhaps time to work on your Part A or B evaluation
Fri - YMCA, 1/2 of you will complete the 1.5 mile run on the track before going into the fitness room

Week of January 13 - 17

Mon - group warm up, fitness tests, small amount of time to work on Part A or B evaluation 
Tues - PART A FINAL EVALUATION DUE...Must be handed in today or  mark of "0" assigned, also     
           will do some fitness tests today
Wed - group warm up and fitness tests, some time to work on Part B evaluation
Thurs - group warm-up and fitness tests, some time to work on Part B evaluation
Fri - YMCA, 1/2 will complete the 1.5 mile run on the track before going into the fitness room

Week of January 20 - 24

Mon - PART B FINAL EVALUATION WRITTEN FITNESS PLAN DUE......must be handed in 
           today  or a mark of "0" will be assigned.  time to complete any last fitness tests, work on video
           presentations, in person presentations for Part B start today, time to workout and work on log
           books

Tues - inperson presentations for Part B fitness plan today, iPad and video presentations due, time to
           workout and work on log books  
Wed - in person presentations for Part B fitness plan today, time to workout, and work on logbooks
Thurs - LOG BOOKS DUE AND PART C FITNESS REFLECTION IS TO BE WRITTEN IN
            CLASS TODAY, .....reflection must be completed or a mark of "0" will be assigned.
