Fitness February 24 - 28

Here is a look at the upcoming week:

Monday - a few minutes to study for you test, then you will write your quiz.  After the quiz you will move over to the fitness room and work out using your personal plan

Tuesday - there will be a worksheet to complete, please come ready to work out!

Wednesday - you will be working out on your fitness plan for the first 1/2 of the class and then we are focusing on abs....P90X style

Thursday and Friday you will be working out as well, Friday I will have a circuit workout for us

Be sure to have proper clothes and shoes every day
