Personal Fitness Update

At this point in the course we have :

-taken notes on the benefits of fitness
-defined all the components of fitness
-completed all the fitness tests
-set two fitness goals for the next 6  weeks
-completed a class demonstration on some of the fitness equipment in the room
-created our own personal fitness plan

If you have been absent and have not completed all the above, then Tuesday Feb 18, you will finish any outstanding fitness tests, ensure you have 2 SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timely) goals and devise your own fitness plan

From this point on we will settle into a semi-regular routine of: a group warm up, a group workout led by me, followed with 40 minutes for you to work out on your own.  The alternative class structure would be an individual warm up followed by your workout and then a group session and group cool down.

Each and every day you need proper clothing and footwear and should be ready to work hard!

AS MENTIONED LAST WEEK .....WE NEED TO SET A DATE FOR A SHORT TEST ON FITNESS TESTING and  THE COMPONENTS OF FITNESS
