Personal Fitness Marcy 18 - 22

Welcome Back - I hope your March Break was wonderful and you made time to be physically active every day!

Here is a look at the upcoming week:

Monday /Tuesday - workout days in the fitness room.  We will do some workouts together but for the most part you are following you personal plan

Wednesday - Nutrition Day - do not change and come to room 109

Thursday  - a workout day in the fitness room...ensure your fitness logs are up to date as I will collect your books to mark

Friday - To the Central Huron YMCA
