Fitness March 25 - 29

Monday - Fitness testing in the fitness room.  Follow the handout to ensure you complete all the fitness tests and get the results written down in your book.

Tuesday - BEEP TEST

Wednesday - Nutrition Day - Hydration and nutrition for the athlete
 - we will taste a number of athletic power/protein bars and try to see if you know the difference between gatorade and poweraid.

Thursday - to the YMCA - meet in the Front Hall with your gym clothes and your change of running shoes.

Friday - Good Friday and Easter Break - ENJOY!

REMEMBER WE HAVE A NUTRITION TEST NEXT FRIDAY!
