Fitness Nov 18 - 22

Reminder we have a test this week!!

Monday and Tuesday - finish up fitness tests, review for test, write new goals based on fitness test results

Wednesday - Test - either room 102 or room 109, depends on which is available

Thursday and Friday - workout outs based on our new goals
