Fitness March 17 - 21

Hope your March Break was relaxing and you are back ready to workout!

Monday - Mrs Godkin and Miss Hohner's bootcamp workout, abs
Tuesday - cardio/heart rate lab
Wednesday - heart rate continued....a look at the heart, step aerobics
Thursday - a change to workout on your own
Friday...SKATING!  Bring extra skates and helmets for those who may not have any please
