Fitness March 24 - 28

This week we will again be focusing on Cardio...be sure to review the diagram of the heart and all the cardio information you have for Friday's quiz.

This week we will do Tabata workouts to maximize your cardio workouts and you should be focusing on your own fitness plan as fitness retests are next week :)
