Monday - workout....on your own and some pilates for your hips and glutes  ensure you always write in your logs!

Tuesday - Workout...I have a full period planned for you - agility, plyometrics and cycling.  Be ready to sweat

Wednesday - Nutrition Day - Vitamins and Minerals

Thursday - Workout Day

Friday - Workout at the Y....remember you gym clothes, remember your indoor shoes and bring an umbrella it could be raining on the walk over

Hand in your logs books on Friday!
