Personal Fitness April 22 - 26

With the Ice storm and no hydro for the beginning of last week - I did not get a post done so here is a review of what we did:
Monday we spent one last day with Me Kelly and he gave each of you a paper crane.  Tuesday and Wednesday we worked out in the fitness room and the gym and Thursday we went to the Y for a workout.

Here is a look at the upcoming week:
Monday - workout - ensure your logs are up to date and you have updated your fitness plan
Tuesday - a workout day
Wednesday and Thursday you will be working on a "SuperFoods" nutrition project on the iPads as I am not here
Friday - meet in the front hall to head to the YMCA
