PERSONAL FITNESS April 29 - May 3

This is a busy week and I am away with students at a leadership conference on Monday and with the Track and field Team on Wednesday

NOTE: NUTRITION DAY IS THURSDAY THIS WEEK 

Monday - Workout and finish up superfood project if necessary.  Ensure you have emailed it to me

Tuesday - Workout

Wednesday - Workout

Thursday - superfood presentations

Friday - workout

Reminder: we will be doing fitness testing again in the near future - Make each workout count
