PAF 30 Sept 9 - 13


I hope you had a great weekend and were able to be active!
Here is a look at the upcoming week, we will need to be flexible as there are 3 other physed classes we are sharing the fitness room and gyms with, so this plan could change.

Monday - warm up, 1.5 mile run, muscular strength - fitness testing

Tuesday - warm up, Agility and Power fitness testing if we can use the small gym

Wednesday - Warm up, speed, 500m row.

Thursday - warm up, muscular strength

Friday - trip to the Y

We will also take a few notes this week on barriers to fitness, each of these components of fitness and the health risks of poor fitness as well as write in your fitness log each day.
